Websites · Apps · AI automation — for all kinds of business

Websites that work
as hard as
you do.

We design the site, build the app, and put AI on the busywork — so restaurants, shops and builders can win more customers without adding more hours.

Why we exist

Big companies have whole teams for their website, their software and their automation. You have a business to run. We're the team that gives a ten-person shop the same digital tools as a national chain — built around how you actually work.

01 — What we do

Four things,
done properly.

01 Websites Design · Build · Launch

A site designed for your business, not pulled from a template. Fast on a phone, easy to find on Google, and built to turn a visitor into a booking, an order or a phone call.

  • Custom design & copywriting
  • Mobile-first and fast to load
  • Menus, catalogs, galleries, quote forms
  • Search-engine and Google Business setup
02 Custom apps Web · Mobile · Internal tools

When a spreadsheet and a group chat stop being enough. We build the tool your team wishes existed — ordering, scheduling, inventory, job tracking — shaped around your workflow.

  • Customer-facing ordering & booking apps
  • Staff dashboards and job trackers
  • Connects with the tools you already use
  • Works on phones, tablets and desktops
03 AI automation Assistants · Workflows · Follow-ups

The repetitive work that eats your evenings — answering the same questions, chasing leads, typing things in twice — handed to AI that works around the clock and never forgets to follow up.

  • AI assistants for chat, text and email
  • Automatic lead capture & follow-up
  • Bookings, reminders and review requests
  • Data moved between your systems for you
04 Care & growth Hosting · Updates · Improvements

Launch day is the start, not the finish. We keep everything online, secure and current — and keep improving it as your business changes.

  • Hosting, security and backups
  • Content and menu/price updates
  • Monthly check-ins on what's working
  • A real person to call when you need one

Hi! Do you have a table for 4 tonight around 8?

We do! I can seat you at 7:45 or 8:15, inside or on the patio. Which works best?

8:15 inside please

Booked — table for 4 at 8:15, inside. I'll text you a reminder at 6. Any allergies we should know about?

Busywork calculator

What is repetitive work costing you?

$15,600

spent on busywork each year

520

hours — about 13 work-weeks

This is simple math on your own numbers, not a promise. Automation rarely removes every hour — but it shows what's on the table.

Let's find those hours

04 — How it works

No jargon.
No surprises.

  1. 01

    Listen

We start with a conversation about your business, your customers and what's slowing you down. No tech talk required.

  2. 02

    Design

You see exactly what you're getting — real screens you can click through — before a single line of code is written.

  3. 03

    Build

We build, test on real devices and keep you posted with plain-English updates. You always know where things stand.

  4. 04

    Launch & grow

We go live together, show your team how everything works, and stick around to keep improving it.

05 — Start a project

Tell us what
you need.

06 — Good questions

Before you ask.

How much does a project cost?

It depends on what you need — a simple site is very different from a custom app with automation. After a short conversation we send a clear written quote, so you know the number before any work starts.

I'm not a tech person. Is that a problem?

Not at all — most of our clients aren't. We explain everything in plain English, handle the technical side for you, and show your team how to use what we build.

Can I update the site myself afterwards?

Yes. Things that change often — menus, prices, products, photos, hours — are set up so you can edit them without calling anyone. Or we can handle updates for you.

What does "AI automation" actually mean for a small business?

It means software doing the repetitive jobs: answering common customer questions, booking appointments, following up on leads, sending reminders, and moving information between your systems so nobody types it twice.

I already have a website. Can you work with it?

Usually, yes. We'll look at what you have and tell you honestly whether it's worth improving or whether starting fresh will serve you better.
